These Terms of Service are maintained by CalmStreak to govern your access to and use of the CalmStreak app, website, and related services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using CalmStreak, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CalmStreak. By signing up, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

CalmStreak offers free and premium plans. Premium subscriptions are billed through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refund eligibility and the full cancellation process are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. All prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse CalmStreak, including but not limited to: attempting to access another user's account, uploading harmful content, interfering with the service, or using the app for illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

CalmStreak and its content, design, and branding are owned by CalmStreak. You retain ownership of the content you create in the app. We do not claim rights to your journal entries, habits, or personal notes.

7. Disclaimers

CalmStreak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. CalmStreak is a wellness and productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmStreak shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CalmStreak operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
